Let Us Know Within 24 Hours
If your plant arrives damaged or you’re not happy with its condition, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving your order. This helps us assess the issue while the plant is still fresh and allows us to act quickly.
Speak With Our Team
Once we receive your concern, our team will give you a call. It’s important that we speak with you directly over the phone so we can understand the issue properly and offer the best solution.
We cannot process refunds based only on messages or emails if you’re not willing to have a quick chat with us.
Return Requirements
If a return or refund is approved, we’ll let you know how to return the plant. It must be in its original pot and in the same condition it was delivered.
Plants need love and care — it’s your responsibility to water and look after them once they’re in your hands. Refunds won’t be issued for damage caused after delivery due to neglect or improper care.
Change of Mind?
If you simply change your mind, you’ll need to let us know within 24 hours of receiving your plant. We’ll be happy to arrange a return and full refund within this window. After that, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.
